OP series emulsifier
Characteristics
All products are the polyethylene glycol oxide type non ionic surfactant. Under normal temperature, it is the pale yellow or brown yellow fluid, pale yellow paste form or solid, non poisonous and non corrosive, with good performance of penetration, scrubbing, emulsifying and hard water resisting, with good compatibleness with anionic surfactant and cationic surfactant.
Purposes
Widely applied for emulsion, leveling agent, dispersant and abstergent in industries such as weaving, dye printing, tanning, pesticides, metal processing and petrochemical engineering. In chemical fiber industry, it is the main constituent of chemical fiber finish. In crude oil exploration, it is used as the fracture fluid and emulsifying agent of acidification agent, also the important constituent of oil increasing and thinning agent.

Characteristics
The series products are the addition product of polyoxyethylene and fatcy alcohol, which is the typical non onion surfacitunt. Under normal temperature, the series product is the yellow fluid or white wax, nonpoisonous and nonirritating, with good performance of wetting, emulsifying, dispensing, level dyeing, cleaning and decontamination.
Purpose
It can be used as abstergent, emulsifier, level dyeing agent, wetting out penetrant, which are widely applied in civil detergent, chemical fiber finish oil, weaving, dye printing, leather industry, pesticides, metellurgey, cosmetics.

Chemical Ingredients: The addition compound of polyoxyethylene and caster oil.
Characteristics and Functions: The product is the non ionic surfactant. Under normal temperature, it is from yellow fluid to pale yellow solid, which can be dissolved in water, ethanol and oleic acid, non poisonous and non corrosive, with good performance of emulsifying, dispersion, wetting out and anti static.
In industries such as weaving, dye printing, leather industry, pesticides, metal processing and petrochemical engineering, it is widely applied for emulsion, leveling agent, abstergent. In chemical fiber industry, it is the main constituent of weaving finish oil.

Characteristics: It belongs to polyoxyalkylene type non ionic surfactant, pale yellow oil fluid, dissolved in water, freely dissolved in organic solvent such as ethanol, non poisonous and non corrosive, with good functions of scrubbing and defoaming.
Functions: mainly used for lower temperature, lower foaming abstergent and defoaming agent and metal detergent.

Purposes and Dosage
The product is mainly used for white oil emulsifier, also can be used for emulsion of spindle lubricant and machine oil. The dosage shall be 5~10% of total amount. It is mainly used for emulsifying of oilfield white oil lubrication, weaving industry and grease oil.

Purpose:
The product has good antistatic property, evenness and correction inhabitance, which is mainly used as antistatic agent of wool. During the process of wool spinning, it is used as temporary antistatic agent. In using, it is processed into 1~3% water solution, the dissolving temperature shall be 40~60℃, also may be used for anti static of synthetic fiber finish. Commonly, the dosage shall be 3~10% of total oil amount.

BO-15Chemical Fiber Finish Monomer

Purpose: the product has good evenness, antistatic, bundling and thermal stability, used for effective constituents of synthetic fiber finish such as Dacron, polypropylene and caprone. Common dosage shall be 10~50% of the total oil.

BHJ-1 High Effciency Scouring Agent
Performance
The product is the built up of alkylphosphoric acid salt and non ionic surfactant, with excellent wetting out and penetration capacity, also with the emulsifying and ablution effects, withstand alkali and temperature (130℃). In 140g/L sodium hydroxide solution, it has good wetting and penetration capacity, with less foams and do not need to add antifoaming agent. It is the upgrading product of all penetrants concurrently used, also can be used as penetrants of desizing.

产品用途
Purpose
It is mainly applied for high temperature, high pressure scouring process of cotton fabric and blend fabrics, also may be applied for continuous scouring and the two-step method and one-step method of pre-processing of cotton fabric.
Method of Application
Kier boiling scouring: for common light and thin and medium-thickness cotton fabric, place into kier boiling after padding into 10~15g/l soda bath, the addition on shall be sodium hydroxide , 3%~4% of fabric weigh, 0.5% such high efficiency scouring agent and 0.5% water glass (density 1.4g/cm3), to exhaust one hour with steam. Under the pressure of 0.196MPa (temperature 120~130℃), scouring in circulation for 3~6h. For thick and dense cotton fabric, the volume of sodium hydroxide and scouring agent shall be increased appropriately, and extend the scouring time
Two-step method processing: gassing- padding & fading liquor (NaOH 40g/L). Such high efficiency scouring agent 5g/L)-Box L steaming (100~102℃, 60~90min.)- rinsing-padding bleach liquid (H2O2 10~12g/L, NaOH5g/L, sodium metasilicate 10g/L, high efficiency scouring agent 5g/L)-Box L steaming (100~102℃, 60min.)-rinsing.
Packs in 200L metal drum or 50L plastic container. Weight: 200.0±2.0kg or 50.0±0.5kg. Keep at cooling place. In transportation, avoid falling and bumping. Guarantee period: two years.
Organo-silicone emulsion defoamer series
The XPS series Organo-silicone emulsion defoamer is the silicon oil emulsion emulsified through special processing by taking compound silicon oil, emulsifier as the raw materials. It has the characteristics of small dosage, lower price, easy application and strong defoaming, which are widely applied for industries such as oil field, paper industry, dye printing and food processing.

YMR-01 Detergent Purified Product
The YMR-01 Detergent is mainly processed by multi types of non ionic surfactant, applicable for scrubbing of fleece, cashmere and re-scrubbing of tops, high-quality wool fabrics. The fleece washed with such detergent has good elasticity, looseness, softness and lustrousness. The product has less adsorptive capacity on fleece and easy washing. The crude wools washed with such product have high softness. It is easy carding in slivering and has less damage on fleece. It is the ideal detergent to improve the quality of fleece and products.

Purpose
The product is applicable for scrubbing of fleece, cashmere and rescrubbing of tops and high-quality wool fabric (high quality stuff goods). It is either applicable for scrubbing of various wools, also applicable for various water qualities.
Method of Application
Dilute fresh water according to ratio of 1:2 or 1:3, to compound detergent finish. In scrubbing, the effective concentration of detergent shall be 0.05%, scrubbing temperature shall be 50~70℃.

Polyethylene Glycol Series
Specifications and Functions
Polyethylene Glycol is also named as polyethyleneglycol ether, which is one type of water soluble high molecular compound. Based on the sizes of molecular weight, under normal temperature, the appearance ranges from faint yellow thick fluid to hard ceraceous solid. It is dissolved in water completely, nonpoisonous and non corrosive, with good stability and oiliness.
The series product can be applied for polymeric alcohol type drilling fluid addition in oilfield exploration, also may be used as monomer of chemical fiber oil, metal processing lubricant and compound materials of polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester.
